This property is a work of art.

Galleriest Anthony Blumka is listing his Upper East Side townhouse for $7.85 million. The home is both a residence — and the site of his eponymously named Blumka Gallery.

A past president and honorary member of the Art and Antique Dealers League of America, Blumka is a fourth-generation dealer in Medieval and Renaissance works of art and sculpture.

His great-grandfather launched the business in Vienna and his father, Leopold, moved the gallery to New York in 1939.

Blumka opened Blumka Gallery in the townhouse in 1997. The four-story, turn-of-the century home on 72nd Street, currently features a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, along with the gallery.

The 20-foot-wide limestone building, framed by two large Kwanzaas cherry trees at the entrance, was renovated by architect Peter Pennoyer in 1996.

It features a garden level, and lots of private outdoor space.
